    Al St-Germain began his career at noted branding agency Landor Associates, where he managed numerous projects for Delta Air Lines and other clients. His abnormal love for the airline industry led him to an in-house stint at Delta in brand management, and later at United Airlines in customer-experience development.     Andrew Davis is the co-founder and chief strategy officer officer of the Boston-based new media content creation shop Tippingpoint Labs. Since 2002, Tippingpoint Labs has been creating and distributing digital content for consumer brands, including Putnam Investments, TomTom and Breville. Mr. Davis previously developed content for the four major broadcast networks, CNN and MTV. In the late 1990s, he managed the Muppet workshop for The Jim Henson Company, working on films like Muppets From Space, and television series like Sesame Street.
