		<description>Martin Sorrell&#039;s comments about the arrival of many Chinese transumers makes me wonder whether they will be as very brand conscious as the Japanese tourist is portrayed. I also was intrigued by his comment that the greeting at the gate and on boarding is a key part of the brand. With so many travelers nervous about flying, my wife and a son being part of that flock, I remember with affection when a flight attendant would come over to my wife and calm her right down. That concern is a key brand burnisher in my mind.</description>
